- Details you submit through our enquiry or booking forms — your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company (optional) and any message.
- Basic, privacy-conscious analytics about how the site is used (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
We only ask for what we need to respond to your enquiry and arrange your training.

- To reply to your enquiry, and to arrange and deliver your training.
- To send practical details about your session and information you have asked for.
- To keep basic records of bookings and communication.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Lawful basis
We process your enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our business. Where we send optional marketing, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service acting on our behalf. We use reputable providers for website hosting and email. We may share data where required by law. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to respond, deliver training and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@hexa-academy.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
