Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These terms apply when you book or attend private AI training with Hexa Academy.
Who we are
Hexa Academy provides private AI implementation training and related consulting in Canary Wharf, London, and online. You can reach us at hello@hexa-academy.co.uk.
Our training
We deliver private one-to-one and small-group lectures, company training and custom programmes. Each session is adapted to your goals and level. The training is practical and implementation-focused; outcomes depend in part on your own participation and follow-up work.
Pricing and payment
- Private lectures are £145 + VAT per 60 minutes, for one person or a small group of up to five.
- No upfront payment is required to register. Payment is taken in person or after the lecture.
- Small-group, company and consulting engagements are quoted on scope and invoiced with VAT.
Booking, cancellation and rescheduling
We will confirm your session by email once arranged. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the time to someone else. We will always try to be flexible.
Certificates
On completing your programme you receive a Hexa Academy certificate confirming the knowledge you achieved and the hours you completed. This is a certificate of professional learning, not an accredited academic or regulated qualification.
What you keep
Anything we build together during your training — for example a website, app, marketing plan or piece of software — is yours to keep, and we will help you launch it online. You are responsible for any third-party tools, hosting, subscriptions or licences those assets rely on after the session.
Internships
For suitable students, an internship with us or with a partner company may be offered. Any internship is subject to a separate agreement and is not guaranteed as part of the training.
Your responsibilities
- Use AI tools lawfully and responsibly, and keep confidential or personal data out of tools that should not receive it.
- Apply your own judgement and human review to anything produced with AI before relying on it.
Liability
We deliver the training with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that depend on your own implementation or on third-party tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
